Today I have worked all day. Both my jobs, as of right now I have eaten 1 nutra-grain bar, 4 strawberries and about 1/2 of a sample scone from work. That is IT!
I need to eat, but I can't seem to remember.
Oh how I wish this was real...

It's important to eat enough to offset the amount of things you do at work as well as covering your workout, to give you enought energy for all of it.
I recently bought one of those nude-food lunch containers to take my whole day's needs with me in one simple form that fits into the fridge at work. It holds a sandwich, a piece of fruit and two containers to carry yoguht and fruit and nut combo's for my morning and afternoon tea breaks. That way, when i am feeling a little tired or start getting the munchies at 3pm- i don't hit the client's biscuit supply again. Hope this hint helps.
