to infinity and beyond....

Well even with not working out so much this week I did loose 1.8lbs. Not too shabby if I do say so myself.  I am going to push harder this week. Already did one workout this morning and I will be doing a little more thing evening after I get off work. I am again going to try for 40 minute workouts this week at least 4 times. One of those days (most likely on my day off) I do want to get out of the house and do a walk/jog/run for about an hour. That for sure should help. I have been doing a lot better on the diet. Because I have lost almost 8lbs weight watchers has lowered my points by one less. I guess that is a good thing. ;-)
